A composite sketch of the man who reportedly attacked a female student at dusk last Tuesday near Kinard Hall may be released Wednesday, said Frank Zebedis, campus police chief.
"We have received information that has provided us a few leads," Zebedis said. "Right now we are running down those leads."
The man, who the victim described as having a white scruffy beard, grabbed the student's shoulder and arm, picked her up and slammed her into the side wall at Kinard, taking her breath, according to the report.
While holding her against the wall, the man told the student that she "looked sexy," she reported. He also smelled of alcohol.
The student fought off the man and ran away. A priority e-mail was sent campuswide shortly after, alerting students and faculty to be aware of their surroundings.
