3/18 Larceny of wallet and contents
An international student from Winthrop and 12 other international students studying in Baja, Mexico, traveled to California over Spring Break. The victim reported that he was standing at a bar to pay for drinks when his wallet was stolen by an unknown subject. The victim's student identification cards, driver's licenses, voting cards, health insurance cards and bank cards from Mexico and South Carolina were stolen with the wallet.

9/10 Contributing to the delinquency of a minor and public disorderly intoxication
At about 3:11 a.m. on the above date an officer observed a male and a female embracing at the rear of a vehicle. As the officer approached the couple, the female slumped over and fell. The male caught the female under the arms, lifted her up and escorted her to the passenger seat of his vehicle.
The officer observed the female to be highly intoxicated. Upon further investigation he discovered that she was a 16-year-old. Another female at the vehicle was also identified as a 15-year-old. During the investigation the 16-year-old began to go in and out of consciousness.
The officer made contact with the parents of both minors.
The 16-year-old is being charged with disorderly intoxication. The male was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and transported to the Rock Hill Jail. None of the parties involved were students.

9/28 - Communicating threats
An officer responded to Thomson cafeteria about a former employee communicating threats to an employee of dining services. The victim stated the suspect was a former employee and frequently came into the cafeteria without paying.
The victim stated she saw the suspect sitting in the cafeteria with a tray of food in front of him. The victim approached the suspect and asked him if he paid for the food. The suspect stated he did not. The victim instructed him to pay for the food. The suspect got out of the chair and began walking to the cashier to pay.
The suspect stated out loud that he would be waiting for the victim with his paintball gun when she got off work. He then stated that he would be at McDonald's. The officer attempted to locate the suspect at McDonald's, but was unable to.
