9/26 - Tampering with automated teller machine
Complainant stated he received a call in reference to the ATM being out of service in the hallway between Margaret Nance and Tillman Hall. The complainant brought the machine back in service and reviewed the security camera video. The video revealed two white male subjects accompanied by a white female pressing buttons on the ATM causing the machine to freeze up. The complainant printed still pictures of the subjects.
Myrtle Drive (Dinkins)
10/2 - Larceny
An officer met with a reporting person to investigate $50 missing from the Dinkins Student Union moneybox.
The victim stated that he picked up the money from the box on Sept. 25 and took it to the cashier's office. He again picked up the money on Oct. 2 but found he was $50 short. No potential suspects have been developed.

10/3 - Damage to property
A victim came to the Winthrop police department to report damage to her vehicle, which was parked in the Courtyard. The right side remote control mirror was knocked off the vehicle. The victim requested a check of security camera images to identify possible offenders.
President's Circle (Richardson Hall)
10/5 - Possession of alcohol under 21
On Oct. 5, Winthrop officers responded to a possible underage drinking at Richardson Hall. The reporting officers met with the complainant who stated that he overheard loud statements concerning alcohol consumption. The officers knocked on the dorm room door and observed in plain sight, 11 beer cans, one bottle of Smirnoff vodka, one empty bottle of Captain Morgan's rum, one beer pong setup with cups, one shot glass and one trash bag full of empty beer cans. The contraband was disposed of and the suspects were referred to the resident life staff for a hearing.
